Rotate Every min of work min of work on machine:
1) Machine
2) 10 situps
3) rest
Flow: Start workout
– 1 partner Ski, 1 10 situps, 1 rest
after 1 min of ski, resting partner goes onto machine and ski’s for 1 min, the skier goes and does 10 situps, while P3 rests..
repeat cycle till all the calories are completed. Must finish all of one machine before the next.
