Barbell Complex (Weight)
15min to find max:
Snatch + 2 Overhead Lunges
Power snatch or squat snatch
Partner Relay (Time)
Each partner completes:
50ft Bear Crawl
100m Walking Lunge
200m Sandbag Carry (80# / 60#)
400m Farmer Carry (40# / 30#)
800m Wall Ball Carry (20# / 14#)
Then run 1 mile together
While your partner works, you must hold the next implement
i.e. during lunge, hold the sandbag
during sandbag carry, hold the DBs
etc.
If you drop it, you both owe 5 burpees at the tag
Working partner can drop as much as they like without penalty
During the final 800m, hold the sandbag
