Weekend of May 18-19, we will have outdoor events as the gym will be closed for and L2 seminar. This allows our coaches to achieve higher certification through CrossFit. Thank you for your flexibility!

20 Partner Pistols*
100m single arm FC together (2/1.5 pood, switch arms at 50m)
*One partner right leg, one partner left leg, synchro; do not need to alternate
