Run the Gauntlet (Time)
2 Rounds for time, each partner completes each section once per round, then tags their partner in. i.e. Partner 1 completes section 1, then partner 2 completes section 1, then partner 1 moves to section 2.
Section 1:
200m Run
15 HSPU
Section 2:
21 Burpees
36 Pushups
Section 3:
75 Double Unders
25 American KB Swings (1.5pd / 1pd)
