Standard wall ball height for all weights
DB front rack = one head on shoulder,
hand on bar, other head in front of hand even with or higher than the DB head on the shoulder
(i.e. no resting the DB on the shoulder or rolling it upright)
DB overhead = hands on handle, not head of DB
DB handle parallel to floor
