L1: Metcon (Weight)3 cleans (any variety)  every 2 minutes for as long as possible

Men start at 125 and add 10lbs every round
Women start at 75 and add 5 lbs every round

score is highest weight you complete all 3 reps

Coaches will be watching,  if mechanics are getting too sloppy they will stop you.

L2 : Metcon (Weight)3 cleans (any variety)  every 2 minutes for as long as possible

Men start at 185 and add 10lbs every round
Women start at 135 and add 5 lbs every round

score is highest weight you complete all 3 reps within the 2 minute window.
