Fitness and nutrition go hand in hand. We have nutrition challenges multiple times per year.  These are typically 6-8 week challenges with weekly workshops and prizes.

These challenges are designed to educate you on how to create a lifestyle arounds sustainable healthy eating rather than a “diet” that is a temporary fix.

Everyone has different needs based on their activity,  jobs, fitness/performance goals. This challenge is tailored to you rather than a one size fits all approach.

This can range from the endurance athlete that needs higher carbs/ calories to members that are trying to build muscle and lose fat.
