Monday sept 16th is day 1 of the burpee challenge! Do one burpee.  Tues is day 2 of the burpee challenge! Do two burpees. Continue on until day 100! Burpees must be completed at any point throughout the day, for example on day 52, you could do 20 burpees in the morning, 20 after lunch, and 12 later in the day. As long as they are completed that day! Everyone can start, only the strong survive. 😘
