She has led a weekly Yoga class for the TimberWolf CrossFit community since January 2012. Megan designs classes tailored to meet the unique needs of CrossFit athletes. Her passion is empowering athletes to practice mindfulness through breath and movement in Yoga (“there’s no RX in Yoga!”). Megan begins most of her days with an early morning WOD at TWCF. When she’s not at the box, she’s with her two kids, Bryn & Archie, and her husband Noah.
