Free Week

What: Free week of CrossFit!

Come try CrossFit for a whole week for free! All fitness levels welcome, no experience needed. We will program 2 options each day for our workouts. One will be for experienced members the other will be a beginner level workout.

When: Monday Feb. 10 – Sunday Feb. 16

Any class labeled WOD (workout of the day) Yoga and the Saturday All levels class on our schedule.
