All : Metcon (No Measure)We will be offering two options today.
Option 1:  will be post Murph recovery lead by the coach.

Start with 8 minute recovery row
15 minutes of Shoulder / lat mobility
15 minutes minutes of hip/ low back mobility
8 minute recovery row

Option 2: Only If you MISSED Murph do the following:

EMOM 29

1) 8 strict pull-ups (add weight if needed)
 2) 12/8 cal bike
3) 12 Push-ups (feet elevated 6” if possible)
4)  15 ghd or 20 abmat sit-ups
5)  20 lunges with sandbag
6) rest
