Today when doing this workout try to remember why you are doing it. “This workout was created to honor veterans and first responders that have died in the line of duty”.
At the 50 minute mark everyone heads out the door for their final mile if not already done. No exceptions. Please scale as needed, or make it into a partner workout.
Also only use a vest if you have already completed “Murph” in 50 minutes or less without a vest.
