TIS THE SEASON!  Wolfpack!

We are collecting a variety of non perishable foods, school supplies, feminine/adult hygiene products, small clothing items (socks, hats, mittens etc.) for a Community Cupboard, Open to all in the community to take what they need/leave what they can.

For every item you bring, you can put your name on a piece of paper to enter to win a small prize until the end of the year!

1. 100m C2 row bike or ski
2.  pull-ups
3. Power Cleans 105/75
4.  Hang KB Snatch (2 each arm) 24/16kg
5. Push-ups
6. Front Squats 105/75
7. American KB Swing  25/16kg
8. sit-ups
9. Deadlifts 105/75
10. Burpees
11. Wall balls 20/14
12. L2: TTEL

This workout requires a lot of equipment. We are going to set rowers, bikes and ski ergs up in the back.
Also we will not be able to review everything in depth.
