Do 1 section every 3 minutes x3

1) Off the rack, Bar on the back
Lunge out 4 steps, turn around lunge back  4 steps. 5 squats.

2) 10 ring row, 10 barbell bicep curl

3) 15 slow push-ups, 10 close grip upright barbell row

4) 12 alternating single leg cross body toes to bar, 20 abmat sit-ups

Put in lunge weight for score. Share bars for the other movements.
