With a partner
1 person does a 1 mile run the other does 1200m run

Once BOTH athletes are in the door do the following:

10 wall-climbs
20 D-ball cleans 150/100lbs
30 burpees (switch every 5 reps)
40 D-ball squats
50 TTB
60 alt Dumbell snatch 70/50lbs
70 CTB
80 push-ups
90 split squat jumps
100 double-unders

repeat the run

Clock will be set to 50 minutes for the time cap. No going over today.

L1 : Metcon (Time)

1 person does a 1200m run the other does 800m run

Once BOTH athletes are in the door do the following:

10 hspu with 1 abmat
20 D-ball cleans 100/75lbs
30 burpees (switch every 5 reps)
40 D-ball squats
50 Toes to eye level
60 alt Dumbell snatch 50/30lbs
70 pull-ups
80 push-ups
90 split squat jumps
100 double-unders

repeat the run

Clock will be set to 50 minutes for the time cap. No going over today
