L1 : Metcon (Time)With a partner, switch every 1:00

Start each rd with 5 burpees

Example:
0:00 – 1:00 Partner 1 does 5 burpees and as many thrusters as possible
1:00-2:00 switch and partner 2 does 5 burpees and as many thrusters as possible until 2:00.

This is a slow moving workout. It is ok to only get 5-8 reps per minute.
