200ft sandbag lunge 80/60 lbs  –50 ft down, 50 ft back x2 ,  start whole foot behind the line, whole foot across the line. Any stutter steps will be no-reps and need to be re-done.

200 ft sand bag walking lunge 60/40lbs
-same rules as l2 for the lunges
