Friday 11.16.18 – Family Feud #4 and #5

L1-A : Back Squat (1 RM BS)
L2-A : Back Squat (1 RM BS)
For the 1 rm BS today we will warm-up and everyone will practice a BS bail at starting weight. Following that we will do an EMOM 8 of 1 BS building as needed. L2- Rd 1 will be 185/125lbs L1- RD 1 will be 135/85lbs. Following Rd 1 add as much or as little weight as you want. You get just 1 attempt per minute and you may skip attempts. Get a judge, hips below the knees for depth. If mechanics are looking sketchy coaches will jump in and cut you off.
I don’t ever want to tell someone they have to do  a 1 rm lift, especially if it is not in their goals or if they are still learning the lift.  If this is you. Do an E2mom of 5 reps at moderate weight.
L2-B: Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
12 minute amrap burpee to target beyond reach
Start with and every 2 minu  tes on the minute do
10 TTB,  5 D-ball cleans 150/100lbs
