P1 does  200m run while P2 does 200m row.
Switch and repeat.
Do the same with 400m
Do the same with 800m
500 ft sand bag lunge as a team; switch as needed.
800m run/row relay (same as before)
400m run/row relay
200m run row relay
L2: 80/60# sandbag
L1: 60/40# sandbag
